Reporting to the Senior Manager Fulfillment Center Operations, we are looking for an Operations Manager, leading process change projects within the fulfillment center. You will manage project intake process for fulfillment center improvement, consistent with network Change Management process. You will also support operations with creative solutions and help remove barriers to projects, and escalate roadblocks. You will be hands-on in a startup operation and will build relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, other FC teams and different departments in the company. You will work on site in the Florence Fulfillment Center.
