DSP Engineer - Pittsburgh, PA

DSP Engineer

Quintech Electronics and Communications, Inc. is seeking a DSP Engineer whose primary responsibilities will include working on DSP algorithm design and implementation on heterogeneous platforms, including CPU, GPU and FPGA.

Position is a full-time, daylight position, M-F 7:30am-3:30pm. Seeking Candidates to Pittsburgh, PA.

Additional Duties:

• Architect DSP heavy system solutions
• Conduct research on DSP algorithms
• Design and maintain codes running on heterogeneous platforms
• Test, debug and refine solutions
• Other job-related duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• Background in communications theory and digital signals processing is required
• Experience with embedded systems design on x86, FPGA or ARM and GPU programming is required
• Working experience related to modem design and/or software design radio (SDR) is required
• Proficiency in high level languages such as C, C++ and Python
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required for this role
• Good communication skills in verbal and written English
