Strategy & Operations New Business - Interior Design / Hospitality

This role will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of New Businesses by supporting leadership with short to long term projects. Core Responsibilities - New Business Strategy & Ops

• Drive follow-ups, execution, and accountability across senior stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making
• Support functions across the New Business Organization, stepping into any vertical or function as needed—no task too small or too complex

Business Ownership (Interior Design / Hospitality)

• Act as business owner for the Interior Design & Hospitality vertical as the business scales from $5 to $20M in GMV this year in preparation for hiring a full time GM for the business.
• Own core funnel metrics (form submits, CPL, conversion) and overall performance
• Oversight of a contracted growth marketing team
• Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into go to market improvements.

Pay Range

$165,000 - $175,000 USD
