HR Operations Analyst

About the Role:

At Quickbase, we believe HR operations should be simple, smart, and empowering. As our HR Operations Analyst, you'll be the go-to person for making sure compliance runs smoothly, documentation is buttoned up, and processes are both reliable and future-ready. You'll have the chance to partner across teams, streamline workflows, and enable automation and AI to make things faster and easier. If you enjoy digging into details, solving puzzles, and making complex processes feel effortless, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Process: Own and manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle process, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Internal HR Sites: Maintain and update internal HR portals and documentation repositories for accuracy, accessibility, and usability.
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify and implement workflow enhancements, simplification opportunities, and automation/AI solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Audits: Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and preparing required reporting.
  • Operations Projects: Support and lead HR operations projects, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to align processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance across the business.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with compliance documentation, audits, or contractor processes is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or related HR technologies; interest in automation and AI tools is a plus.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • A proactive, accountable approach to work with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
