- Execution of VAVE tasks
- Come up with multiple design concepts and present them to customer
- Provide technical justification for selected design concept
- Creation of should costing templates
- Carry out of costing for sheet metal fabrication, general machined components, casting & forgings
Work Experience
- Min 6 to 8 yrs. of experience in VAVE project execution
- Experience in understanding of various manufacturing process
- Experience in creation of process plans for various manufacturing methods
- Should have design and analytical thinking
- Should have hands on exp in design enhancement & improvement tasks
- Should have exp in creation of should costing templates using xls
- Should have min 5 to 6 yrs exp in should costing for sheet metal, forgings, castings & general machined components
- Should have min 4 yrs of exp in costing tools such as aPriori
