The engineer will be responsible for automating and validating Pixel device performance under high and full storage conditions. The focus will be on assessing read/write speeds, application behavior, and storage efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation frameworks for device storage testing.
• Develop test scripts to simulate various data fill-up scenarios and validate system performance under load.
• Measure read and write throughput, latency, and data integrity across different storage states.
• Monitor app behavior and responsiveness when device memory is near capacity.
• Debug and resolve performance issues in collaboration with development teams.
• Analyze logs, test reports, and metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Contribute to AI-driven test data analysis and validation process improvement.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Python and Android testing tools such as ADB and Fastboot.
• Understanding of file systems, flash memory behavior, and I/O performance testing.
• Experience with device-level diagnostics and benchmarking.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for system performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-based testing or automation analytics is an advantage.

Experience:

4 to 8 years in device validation, Android testing, or embedded storage systems with hands-on automation experience.
