What You Will Do:

  • Build internal expertise on steam turbine control systems (small/medium/large steam)
  • Improve Quality (First Pass Yield), Delivery (OTD), customer/end customer satisfaction, and team retention
  • Accelerate onboarding, productivity, and knowledge transfer
  • Create a technical career path to develop SMEs in steam turbine controls
  • Classroom and Virtual modules on steam turbine fundamentals, control theory, logic, and troubleshooting
  • Train-the-trainer model
  • Simulation-based learning
  • On the job (OTJ) Consultation

What You Will Bring:

  • BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • 20+ years experience with Steam Turbine Controls
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: 40,000 to 50,000 a year plus benefits

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

Option 1: We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Longmont, CO or Roanoke, VA and is considered hybrid with 3 days required on-site.

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Little expected.
