Key Responsibilities

Execute a wide range of CPU, GPU, and NPU benchmarks across various hardware platforms and OS configurations.

• Run performance experiments to characterize system behavior under diverse workloads and use cases.
• Ensure reliable and reproducible test environments, including system setup, BIOS/firmware tuning, OS optimization, and workload deployment.
• Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of performance data and logs with meticulous attention to accuracy.
• Create detailed reports and documentation of analysis findings, performance tuning activities, and recommendations for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Bash and Python scripts to process, filter, and summarize log files from SoC profiling tools.
• Build and maintain automation tools to streamline benchmarking workflows and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand log structure and semantics, define parsing strategies, and transform raw profiling output into actionable insights.
• Ensure scripts and tooling are robust, portable, and maintainable across different systems and configurations.
• Own initial debug and root cause analysis of system/firmware/software issues encountered during setup and benchmark execution.

Work Experience

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Expert-level Bash scripting skills, including advanced use of functions, error handling, pipelines, and modular design.
• Expertise in Linux CLI tools: awk, sed, grep, cut, xargs, etc.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Python.
• Solid grasp of Linux internals, file systems, and performance-related tuning knobs (BIOS, kernel parameters, scheduler settings, etc.).
• Proven ability to develop clean, well-documented, and maintainable scripts suitable for production.
• Experience working with large-scale performance logs, especially from SoC or embedded platforms.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and/or scripting languages.
• Experience executing industry-standard benchmarking tools such as SPEC, Cinebench, Geekbench, and 3DMark.
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills, including documentation and knowledge sharing.

Must Have:

Proficiency in C or Python, or Bash for automation and profiling workflows
