SME - Rotating Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Total 15-20 Years of Experience in Mechanical Engineering.

• Hands on Experience in operation and maintenance of Gas Turbine, Compressor, Reciprocating Compressor, Centrifugal Compressor.

• Hands on Experience in operation and maintenance, overhauling of rotating equipment's as per API standards (API 610,611, 617, 674, 691, 692) and high-pressure mechanical equipment's like turbines, compressors, centrifugal pumps etc., inspection & maintenance of static equipment like safety valves, valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc.

• Formulating preventive & predictive maintenance schedules in accordance with internationally recognized engineering standards and ensuring job execution as per the work notifications, instructions & log; reviewing & modifying Standard Maintenance Practices (SMPs) & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for use.

• Develop maintenance department KPI's and ensure they are in line with maintenance planning and other department KPI's and track and report if any deviations are observed.

• Review time to time long lead items, Inventory management, inventory optimization, review of non-moving inventories.

• Budget preparation, repairing/developing comprehensive work packs from overhaul reports, maintenance reports, equipment specific task lists, Capital Cost Estimation control, equipment's drawings and datasheets, circuit diagrams, P&IDs.

• Maintenance of Power generation steam turbine, Gas Turbines and its axillary, Water injection.

• Performing overhauling and maintenance of pumps.

• Performing troubleshooting, maintenance and overhauling of double acting reciprocating gas compressors.

• Hands on experience in maintenance of static equipment's such as Oil and gas processing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, scrubbers, gas fired boiler, pig launcher & receiver etc.

Carryout troubleshooting and vibration analysis/Condition monitoring system.

Work Experience

• Maintenance planning, Maintenance Scheduling, VED, Spares planning

• Prepare work orders, notifications, Task lists.

• SAP System & CMMS, SAP PM, SAP MM modules, creating new equipment's, material codification and Bill of Material (BOM) updating, PM planning, PM schedule optimization, material tracking, stock levels management.

• Develop and track maintenance KPI.

• Cost estimation, Operation & Maintenance, Budget Preparation

• Spares management/ARC/PR-PO.

• SOW and Scope of Supply preparation, Develop work pack.

• Spares inventory optimization, FAT/SAT.

• Inventory management, Inventory reduction.
