The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between the Workplace Experience Platform (WXP) and ServiceNow. This role includes application development, platform administration, quality assurance, and managing activities related to the ServiceNow Partner Portal and Store. The successful candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Solution Architect to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (client scripts, business rules, Glide API).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, IntegrationHub.
Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations (JSON, XML).
Expertise in Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio IDE.
Platform administration experience, including ACLs, roles, and OAuth2 authentication.
Familiarity with CMDB and CSDM best practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules (ITOM, SecOps, GRC).
App development for ServiceNow Store, including certification and publishing.
Micro-certifications in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, UI Builder.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
Experience with Virtual Agent and AI-driven automation.
Integration with third-party platforms (Splunk, Power BI, Intune).
ITIL Foundation certification.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities
