Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer
With expertise in Linux Platform / BSP Customization
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and optimize software platforms for automotive systems, including infotainment, telematics, ADAS, and other vehicle control systems.
- Contribute individually and perform Technical Lead role for a team of 10-20 members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architecture.
- Conduct software simulations and testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Perform system-level debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization to resolve software issues.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations, including functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity requirements.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including software design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- 8+ years of experience Platform development / BSP Customization for Linux based systems.
- Proficiency in Linux Build Tools – Yocto
- Experience in working with Agile development workflow
- Experience with communication protocols CAN, Ethernet, WiFi/BT, I2C, SPI.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to production.
