Responsibilities

Develop and simulate motor control models including inverter circuits, feedback loops, and motor dynamics

Porting/development of motor control algorithms

Use MATLAB/Simulink and other simulation tools to design, validate, and optimize control algorithms

Implement model-based design (MBD) workflows for embedded systems development

Interfacing customers to understand and translate their business goals into solution requirement documents

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing by following system architectural strategies and guidelines

Work Experience Requirements

Must Have

• CPython
• MATLAB/Simulink (MBD)
• IDE

• Strong programming skills in Embedded C, Python for simulation, scripting, and data analysis
• Hands-on experience in MATLAB/Simulink and other simulation environments
• Hands-on experience with motor control models including inverter circuits and feedback control systems
• Experience in algorithm development and deployment for embedded systems
• Solid understanding of Model-Based Design (MBD) principles and tools
• Familiarity with auto-code generation and embedded software workflows
• Experience in embedded systems architecture and design
• Experience in Embedded software evaluation methods, tools (such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators) and IDEs
• Excellent documentation skills for technical specifications and test procedures

Good to Have

• Experience with ARM Cortex, Renesas RA/RZ, STM32, or similar MCU platforms for model deployment
• Knowledge in motor control systems (BLDC, PMSM, FOC)
• Knowledge of control theory, signal processing, and power electronics
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and validation

Language Skill
