Key responsibilities include:

1. Be the key referent for all software aspects of the project
2. Define requirements and architect the software solution
3. Define global solution/architecture at project level
4. Ensure that the design choices fulfill the customer needs, optimize deployment and maintenance costs

Work experience includes:

• At least 10 years of experience in software design and development in object-oriented methodologies
• Experience in DevOps and cloud technology
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
• Experience in developing distributed web applications, microservices
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI
• Experience in configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Experience in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience in web APIs, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MinIO
• Experience in Linux, Unix command line interface
• Experience in networking concepts
• COTS tools: Gitlab/Github, SVN, ClearQuest, Eclipse, Synergy
• Good understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies
• Able to develop software as per applicable standards and best practices
