Structural Integrity Engineer

Key responsibilities:
- Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assets
- Provide technical solutions in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset Integrity
- Has ability to provide innovative solutions/automations/methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest Global
- Structural Integrity Plan Management and Execution
- Foundations and pilings for equipment and structures
- Dynamic analysis of foundations and structures
- Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural integrity workflows with quality at scale
- Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned
- Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency
- Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams
- Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites
- Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives
- Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, map customer expectations and design solutions

Required qualifications & competencies:
- Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering
- 3 to 15 years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects)
- Strong technical & analytical skills
- Sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas
- Risk Based Inspection methodologies
- Fixed equipment inspection tasks/procedures
- Inspection Optimization
- Fitness for Service & Life extension studies
- Repair scope preparation
- Structural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structures
- Familiarity with codes and standards
- Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.)
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures
- Experience with fixed and floating offshore structures, such as Concrete Gravity Based, Steel Jacket Platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units, Semi-Submersible
- Management of engineering design
- Perform fitness for service engineering assessment based on existing conditions
- Provide repair scope after structural assessments for continuous operations
- Provide insights for advanced inspection technologies in civil/structural inspections
- Knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy
- Hand-on experience in developing design calculation sheets for reinforced concrete and steel structures using applicable design codes and standards
- Able to identify the anomaly from civil/structural inspection report (for offshore topside/underwater and onshore structure), perform risk assessment and provide repair recommendation using sound engineering judgement and best practices
- Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams
- Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Self-motivated and focused on achieving business results
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are essential
- Ability to train and mentor new team member to enhance competency and capability in the team
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP
- OPITO Certificate
