Key Responsibilities

• Development and testing of XR based devices and related software.

• Understand the requirements and write optimized code adhering to best practices
• Perform verification and validation of the product, failure analysis and debugging, generate test reports and test result summary
• Deliver quality work products within schedule
• Report progress and challenges in assigned tasks clearly and as mandated.
• Document the project as per the standards and enable future reference.
• Work as an individual contributor aligning with customer priorities, collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Senior Developer with minimum 4-6 years of experience in software application development and testing (manual & test automation)
• Experience in requirement analysis, design, development and testing of test automation framework.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
• Strong programming skills in Python, REST APIs
• Knowledge in Use case scenario identification, Test case preparation, test automation framework
• Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices
• Good logical and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical and debugging skills, knowledge of different debugging tools.
• Good knowledge in bug reporting and bug tracking tools
• Experience of project life cycles, process, workflows.

Soft skills

• Ability to drive, take ownership and responsibility for a project.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive.
• Ability to analyze problems and come up with proposals for a solution.
• Ability to learn new technologies as part of the job.
• Be able to clearly communicate in English language

Desired Skills:

• Experience in other programming languages, preferably C++, C#
• Experience in Android automation testing
• Knowledge in AR/VR/XR technologies
