Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, commissioning of all electrical and electronic test equipment's in the manufacturing unit.
• Documentation for Move, Test & Troubleshoots electronic test machines & accessories.
• Tests & troubleshoot production equipment and ensure proper operation per acceptance test (ATP) requirements.
• Identify failures and isolates problems, and takes appropriate action to resolve those problems.
• Consults with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
• Provides support to the production requirements and works with other departments and/or miscellaneous assignments as instructed.
• Perform daily maintenance activity of critical machines.
• Record the failures and abnormalities and repair the issues with help of OEM or service vendors. Cell Layout preparation including machines, worktables & Fixtures
