Responsible for the review, assessment, and update of integrity management and inspection data for pressure equipment, process piping & above ground storage tanks, etc. and the development of inspection plan documentation, risk assessments, and written schemes of examination.
Familiarity with conventional NDE methods and knowledge in advanced NDE methods is preferable.
Working experience in corrosion systemization and circuitization identification and marking in process flow diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, and mapping the same in isometric drawings.
Capable of identifying appropriate corrosion/damage mechanisms with reference to API RP 571/NACE standards/customer guidelines.
Following the project, activities are performed in accordance with the applicable international standards, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Experience in risk-based inspection project execution and implementation with any RBI software is preferable.
University degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering.
Having API 580 and API 571 certifications is an added advantage.
Minimum 10+ years of specific experience in asset integrity management, in-service inspection of static equipment, risk-based inspection methodology implementation.
Experience and knowledge of any integrity management software systems such as GE APMS, API RBI (PCMS), Credo, RBMI, etc. is preferred.
Thorough understanding of NDT techniques and in-service application of NDT methods.
Thorough knowledge of pressure vessel and piping and inspection codes/standards/regulatory requirements.
Versatile and flexible team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of the English language.
