If you are looking for your next challenge, this is your opportunity:

• Management of all the necessary means to ensure the complete process of the whole test and to provide test time plan proposal.
• Preparation of the test object (DUT – device under testing). Management of test specimens. Inventory control, sample tracking, sample availability and shipment management.
• First control of DUT: visual validation, electrical and mechanical parameter test, SW-check and update.
• Leak test with specific equipment (leak meter).
• Isolation test with specific equipment.
• Assembly of DUTs on the test bench according to the test procedure.
• Instrumentation of sensors and measuring equipment.
• Test automation and programming: Configuring the test bench software control based on test cases. Set up test bench automation, test programming and data recording.
• Monitoring the test run and comparing monitoring parameters.
• Identification of changing parameters during the operation mode.
• Test documentation and report: Data recording control. Data checking. Report generation and validation.
• Data management, delivery of results and upload to server.
• Data checking in terms of first validation. Check that the data obtained and recorded during the test are finally valid.
• Identification of first divinations in the parameters of the test object.
• Check of fulfilling of the ISO.
• Creation of a complete documentation and a final report. Type of report must be aligned with the customer.
• Failure reporting. First evaluation. Visual inspection and pictures. Disassembly and shipment management. Evaluation of test trace to determine failure causes.
• Post test disassembly, checking test and measurements.
• Visual inspection and pictures.
• Assessment reporting.
