Full-Stack Bi Engineer

Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Stack BI Engineer, you contribute to the development of our modern data platform based on Microsoft Fabric, while working across the full lifecycle of BI solutions - from data ingestion to modeling and Power BI front-end pixel perfect reports.

Your Tasks:

Develop and optimize components of our Microsoft Fabric environment (Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse).

Implement robust ETL/ELT processes using tools like Fabric, SQL, Python, Spark, and Azure Data Factory etc.

Build and maintain batch and near real-time data pipelines for internal and external data sources.

Create performant SQL queries, views, stored procedures and scalable data models.

Develop Power BI datasets, DAX measures, semantic models, and interactive dashboards.

Modernize and migrate existing SSIS/SQL-based solutions into modern Fabric architectures.

Ensure data quality, documentation, lineage, and compliance with internal development standards (Git, DevOps).

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable BI solutions.

Continuously improve engineering practices, code quality, automation, and data platform reliability.

Your Profile:

Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, ETL/ELT, and BI development.

Familiarity with Python, Spark, Azure Data Factory, and automation workflows.

Strong understanding of DAX, semantic modeling, and best practices in Power BI.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development.

Solid understanding of classical data warehouse concepts (e.g., SSIS, relational modeling).

Analytical mindset with a passion for data quality and clean engineering.

Fluent in English.
