Job Description

Creating and maintaining operation manuals for customers and FAQs required to use the AI solution.

Managing and improving existing documents

Developing environments for document management and automation

Expanding and restructuring content to ensure clarity for customers

Handling technical content and occasionally foreign-language materials (including English)

Using the actual software and developing scripts to test with real devices (e.g., cameras) and the AI cloud service

Work Experience Requirements

Must Have

C, Python, GitHub(3)

PC(Windows OS, Linux OS)CloudNetwork

Basic electrical engineering knowledge

At least 3 years of practical software development experience in C or Python and version control using GitHub

PC operation skills for Windows OS and Linux OS, Basic knowledge of cloud and networking

Good to have

Customer support practical experience; experience in server setup/administration, network setup/administration, software development (programming)

Electrical design; foreign language proficiency (e.g., English, Chinese)

Technical writing experience (highly valued)

Language

Japanese - JLPT N2 level (Japanese conversation and document/report writing required)

English – Proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550
