What You Will Bring:
Bachelors in Engineering or higher with at least 10 years of management experience; experience in gas power controls engineering is required
Demonstrated global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
Good business acumen and the ability to analyze data to gain insights and can use these to identify business improvement opportunities
Ability to communicate and present effectively and clearly with management, peers, team members, and clients
Pay Range: $120,000 to $160,000
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Hyderabad, Telangana and is considered hybrid with 3 days required on-site.
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, up to 25% of travel is required.
