Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, providing a clear and scalable pipeline view for builds, testing, and deployments.
- Develop and maintain pipeline configurations using YAML, ensuring readability, reusability, and best practices.
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Python and shell scripting.
- Manage source control and CI workflows using GitLab, including advanced Git operations (branching, merging, rebasing, tagging).
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based CI/build environments, using standard system commands and tools.
- Build, manage, and optimize Docker images and containers for consistent and reproducible environments.
- Support SoC/embedded build environments, including: Network File System (NFS) usage, cross-compilation toolchains, integration with hardware-specific build processes.
- Ensure build environment stability, performance, and reproducibility across multiple platforms.
- Debug CI/CD pipeline failures and reduce build times through optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD best practices into daily workflows.
- Maintain documentation related to pipelines, build systems, and environments.

Work Experience
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development and architecture
- Proficiency in YAML configuration files
- Solid programming experience in Python
- Strong knowledge of Shell scripting (Bash/Sh)
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and Git commands
- Linux fundamentals: file systems, processes, networking, permissions
- Practical experience with Docker (images, containers, Dockerfiles)
- Understanding of SoC board environments, including NFS and toolchains
In-depth knowledge of build systems and build environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with embedded Linux or firmware build systems (e.g., Yocto, Buildroot)
- Familiarity with artifact management and versioning
- Exposure to test automation integration within pipelines
- Understanding of DevOps best practices and release management
