Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and enhance software applications for medical devices within the Healthcare domain.
2. Collaborate with System Engineers and Architects to analyze, understand, and design solutions based on requirements.
3. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
4. Perform detailed design, coding, testing, and documentation as part of project execution.
5. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
6. Implement unit test cases using appropriate testing frameworks.
7. Support defect resolution and investigative analysis during development and release cycles.

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

• Practical experience in developing desktop applications using C++.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID and design patterns.
• We are focusing on Design/Implementation in the most recent C++ standards (14/17)
• Candidate with hands-on experience in the latest C++ standards
• Candidate should have the ability to comprehend and be comfortable with the most recent C++ standards independently
• Candidate with a basic understanding of design concepts
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset
• Passion for technology and coding, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to collaborate effectively with teams across different locations, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards
