Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and systems for IVI/ Digital cockpit ECUs, Displays, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Create models and conduct simulations to validate designs and optimize performance.
Implement test procedures, test prototypes, and analyze results to verify design performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and with suppliers to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
Lead design reviews to investigate and solve complex mechanical issues and failures.
Ownership of all specifications and reports.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Proficiency in CAD/CAE software like CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or Autodesk Alias.
Strong grasp of mechanical systems engineering principles applicable to automotive design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
Project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables.
