What Will You Do In Your Day To Day?

• Operational support in rotating shifts to the OCC department of an airline to solve organization incidents with the ERP used.
• Support to crews and maintenance personnel with incidents with the ERP.
• Coordination with other airline departments (operations, maintenance, etc).
• Proactive monitoring of the ERP.
• Collaboration in improvement projects of the department.

Work Experience

What Are We Looking For?

• Computer engineering or Aeronautical engineering.
• 1 year of experience in resolving computer incidents with ERP.
• B2 English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented person with communication and teamwork skills.
• Desirable experience with aeronautical software TRAX/eMRO.
