Responsibilities

- ADAS System Specification creation, reviews and delivery
- Supplier technical specification adjustment and progress management
- Test specification adjustment, progress management, and result analysis
- Proactive process improvement initiatives and progress management of parts product drawings and layout activities
- System Specification adjustment and progress management until specification finalization
- Software Update Process work and progress management

- More than 6 years' work experience in the automotive industry Preferably OEM/Tier 1s
- Engage in holistic project oversight
- ADAS System development for new generation model
- ADAS System Requirement analysis and specification definition (example: ACC, AEB, AHB, LDW, UPA, BSD, RCTA etc.)
- Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and communication network
- Experience in performing DRBFM, FTA, FMEA etc.
- Good understanding of Functional Safety – ISO 26262 and other homologation requirements like R10, R79, R89, R13H, GSR etc.
- Quality issue analysis, discussion and status reporting
- Communication with relevant department and Tier1 supplier for technical discussion and alignment
- Solving issues through cross functional communication and cross-cultural teamwork
- Fluent communication with internal/external engineers
- Project Management Support
- Experience working with Japanese OEMs and Tier1s in Automotive domain

- Vehicle Communication & Diagnostics protocol (CAN/LIN/DTC etc.)
- Electrical schematics / Experience of Harness CAD
- Testing Tools (ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbach etc.)
Language Skill
- TOEIC:600*
- JLPT N2
- English – Business Level (TOEIC score: over 600 *Estimate), Experience of working in English (e.g. meeting, e-mail)
- Japanese – Native Level or JLPT N2 or above
