Based on our site in Tunis, you will join the Information Systems team, currently composed of 22 employees and growing. Your role will be to handle IT support requests from other group employees in the Europe zone. With great rigor, you will be responsible for triaging support tickets recorded in our tool, and resolving certain requests according to your affinities. You will maintain a Knowledge Base to improve our user support.

Your clients will be the group employees located in France, Germany, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. A good level of English is required for this position.

  • Handling the role of queue master in our Jira Service Management ticketing tool and routing requests to level 2 support
  • Handling level 1 tickets to provide first-level responses to employees
  • Good mastery of the Windows 10 operating system, office suite type office tools
  • Good communication skills

Profile sought

  • Graduated from a BAC+2 preferably
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 systems, office material
  • Notions of networks/administration of a local network with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Solid level of English, French.
