✨ About The Role
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned with Quartzy’s growth goals to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty
- Deliver integrated marketing programs including Quartzy-led events, regional sponsorships, executive events, and hands-on workshops to showcase customer success and the value of Quartzy
- Own the agenda, content creation, promotional materials, and speaker acquisition for events, while understanding regional and industry market trends to adjust event strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution and integrate field programs into the customer buyer’s journey
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, analyze event data, continuously improve strategies, and leverage Hubspot for process optimization and results tracking
⚡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field/event marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with Life Science and/or Biotech industry experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach applications is highly preferred for this role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to adapt and navigate through ambiguity, recognizing that the path to success may not always be straightforward
- Willingness to travel to events approximately 60%-70% of the time and to actively participate in a startup environment where everyone collaborates to achieve goals
