What you'll do:
What you'll bring:
· 0-3 years of software development experience, including a combination of work experience, education, or projects.
· Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and foundational machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
· Familiarity with programming languages, including Python, Java, or Node.js, and front-end frameworks like React, with some hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications.
· Basic knowledge of APIs, including building, consuming, and testing RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
· Foundational cloud knowledge, with an eagerness to learn platforms like AWS or Azure and assist in deploying cloud-native applications.
· Awareness of security best practices, such as implementing API authentication, data encryption, and compliance with data protection guidelines.
· Experience with full-stack development or healthcare applications is preferred but not required.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and adopting new technologies.
· Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with peers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams in a supportive environment.
· Eagerness to document code and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives through clear communication and participation in training or hackathons.

· Strong administrative/technical skills; comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
