Core Responsibilities
- Model Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable AI/ML models (Specifically around NLP).
- Implement algorithms from scratch when needed (not just library usage).
- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and memory.
- Build data pipelines (ETL, feature extraction, preprocessing).
- Handle noisy, real-world datasets (missing values, imbalance, drift).
Skillset Required
- Python and related ML/AI libraries.
- C++ and related ML/AI libraries.
Candidate Must Have
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience with the technologies.
- Hands on experience, rather than just academic/certification experience.
