Navigating mid-market SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and successfully growing Annual Contract Value over time.

Build experience leading complex, multi-phased sales cycles with measurable business impact.

Partner with XM Account Executives to position Market Research as the gateway to a larger Qualtrics footprint.

Compete effectively against agencies, panel providers, and legacy research platforms by clearly articulating MR's value proposition.

Tailor sales messaging to address customer-specific business challenges and highlight AI-driven advantages.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and feedback integration.

Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or commercial customers, preferably with exposure to insights, market research, or related fields.

Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and growing existing customer accounts.

Ability to translate technical concepts such as AI and synthetic data into clear business value for diverse buyer personas.

History of landing and expanding logos through consultative sales approaches.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving sales environment with a focus on outcomes over activity metrics.

High-performing, focused go-to-market team operating across APJ with hubs in Sydney, Singapore, and Japan.

Strong collaboration culture with cross-functional partners including product, delivery, and marketing — your voice directly influences product roadmap and strategy.
