We are seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to expand Qualtrics' presence across Hong Kong. This role is critical to driving new business and growing our customer base by selling the Qualtrics Experience Management platform to leading enterprises, governments, NPOs, and academic institutions. You will work closely with local and regional teams to execute territory sales plans and build meaningful, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders and end-users. Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin, coupled with business-level English, will be vital to succeed in this diverse market.

Lead consultative sales conversations that connect Qualtrics solutions to client needs, demonstrating clear business value
Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities within your territory to sustain a healthy sales pipeline
Collaborate closely with local sales teams and cross-functional partners to align sales strategies and customer engagement
Consistently achieve sales targets while providing feedback to help improve product positioning and competitive strategy
5+ years SaaS selling experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or Sales Leader as a top performer (clear demonstration of consistent +100% over-achievement)
Demonstrated success selling SaaS or disruptive technology solutions, preferably experience with enterprise clients
Proven ability to manage complex sales processes, from prospecting through to deal close
Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin alongside business-level English communication skills is desirable
Strong storytelling and consultative selling capabilities, adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders
Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
