Experience: 7+ years in Software QA, with at least 3 years focused on automation testing with TOSCA
Programming: Strong proficiency in TOSCA script development, data processing, and automation.
Communication: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex agent behaviors, risks, and safety findings clearly.
The client emphasized strong ownership, proactive communication, and independent execution as key success criteria for consultants. Strong execution in the initial phase will position us to evolve beyond tactical staffing into a broader strategic testing partnership across Salesforce and Workday initiatives, including potential outcome-based and project ownership engagements beyond the traditional staff augmentation model.
