Customer Service/Sales Support Representative

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented customer service/sales support representative to join our team at a growing manufacturing plant in Louisburg, NC. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our business-to-business customers—handling product inquiries, tracking orders, resolving issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This position does not involve sales, but requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure situations with professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily customer and product support to B2B clients
• Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Handle product-related questions and troubleshoot customer concerns
• Manage documentation and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service or sales support experience (manufacturing/industrial experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (ERP experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
