Customer Service Representative

Do you enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service over the phone? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a temporary assignment with our client in Bonaire, GA.

Position Details:

1. Pay: $20.00 per hour
2. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
3. Assignment Length: Temporary, lasting approximately 4–6 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and direct inquiries as needed
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system
• Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
• Support the office team with general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office programs
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
