Compliance Reporting Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize compliance reporting and deployment automation software.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to shape requirements.
• Contribute to architectural discussions.
• Take ownership of projects, identifying potential risks.
• Mentor and support lower-level developers.
• Drive debugging and performance optimization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and security protocols.
• Work closely with QA, other engineers, and operations.
• Design and implement AWS-based deployment workflows.
• Integrate Azure DevOps pipelines with AWS services.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required:

• Advanced debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Strong architectural and design understanding.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Deep expertise in .NET technologies.
• Expertise in designing, consuming, and integrating APIs.
• Extensive experience with source control best practices.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.

Preferred:

• In-depth understanding of data interchange formats.
• Experience with front-end technologies.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud-based deployment workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Proficiency in HL7 FHIR and healthcare data integration.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and reporting standards.
