Junior Hr Business Partner

We're looking for a dynamic and structured Junior HR Business Partner, to oversee HR operations, activities and processes providing guidance on a wide range of HR issues to employees and management, working closely with the HR Business Partnering Head in supporting Qualco Group Business Unit(s). We are counting on you to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and procedures related to performance, compensation, learning, career development, and more;
  • Offer consultative support, directing employees and managers to appropriate resources, and escalating complex HR matters as needed;
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR Business Partnering to deliver innovative HR solutions in areas such as talent and leadership development, organizational culture, and people analytics;
  • Analyze people-related data, track key performance indicators, and provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness;
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards to support HR processes and procedures, ensuring data-driven decision-making for the Business;
  • Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives with teams across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities;
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies while staying up to date on labor legislation and ensuring full compliance;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
