We're looking for a dynamic and structured HR Business Partner to contribute to excellent service delivery of HR services within the company. As an HR Business Partner, your role is to execute the People strategy, to ensure people's readiness to face today's business goals and future challenges. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of our human capital.
You will:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support aligned with business goals;
- Support day-to-day HR operations and workforce planning, including hiring needs and payroll budgeting;
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment and interview processes;
- Support annual bonus calculations and monitor HR budget;
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including calibration meetings;
- Support employee development initiatives and the Annual Learning Plan (ALP);
- Assess training needs and support training implementation;
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and exit interviews;
- Contribute to HR policies, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
