At Quento, we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Dissemination IT Systems Integration, Operations & Support Specialist. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical consultancy and support for the IT systems;
2. Monitoring and analyzing system logs and preparing related reports and statistics;
3. Handling IT system incidents, investigating root causes, and ensuring timely resolution;
4. Testing new functionalities, identifying and documenting issues, and following up on their resolution;
5. Coordinating the reception, validation, and testing of new releases using CI/CD pipelines;
6. Working with IT systems hosted in cloud environments and applying established change-management procedures;
7. Creating and maintaining database scripts and Linux/Unix scripts;
8. Analyzing, designing, and contributing to the evolution of IT systems;
9. Providing 2nd-level technical support to users, including troubleshooting functional and non-functional issues related to HTML, XML, and CSS;
10. Creating, managing, and following up on tickets with users and service providers;
11. Drafting and reviewing technical and functional/non-functional specifications in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Operations teams;
12. Actively participating in technical working groups and meetings with project teams, developers, stakeholders, and non-technical users;
13. Delivering training sessions and demonstrations to internal teams;
14. Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
