Who We Are

We develop and produce personalized standard packaging as well as customized packaging for prestige, large, and mass market customers, with specialized departments for skincare, makeup, and perfume.

Main Tasks

• Setting up our injection molding machines and handling devices
• Troubleshooting and optimizing processes
• Ensuring our quality standards
• Maintenance and upkeep
• Opportunity to develop into a shift leader

Qualifications

• Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics/rubber or plastic molder (m/w/d)
• Several years of experience as a setter (m/w/d) or comparable activity in injection molding production
• Very good knowledge of using machines from Arburg as well as CNC-programmed handling devices from Arburg and Remak
• Willingness to work in three shifts and occasional Saturdays
• Self-initiative and resilience
• Strong team spirit
