Sales and Marketing Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with questions and purchases
• Build relationships and create a positive shopping experience
• Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain product knowledge to guide and inform customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
• Assist with inventory management and other daily store tasks
• Support team members and work collaboratively to achieve store goals

Sales and Marketing Assistant Requirements:

• Handle changing priorities and unexpected tasks

• Technical proficiency with point-of-sale systems, cash registers, and computers
• Basic math skills
• Additional skills / software knowledge: Microsoft Excel required, Microsoft Word required; Canva helpful, MailChimp helpful
• Ability to multitask and wear many hats
• Active listening and empathy
• Creativity and resourcefulness
