Engineering Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Technician to join our Advanced Cellular Test Engineering Lab Team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of wafer-level testing processes and equipment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain prober recipes and wafer pick maps for various products.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including product changeovers and equipment troubleshooting.
- Set up, operate, and debug TEL probers; resolve issues related to probing activities.
- Assist with station setups and calibrations (Loss Comps); identify and resolve root causes of failures.
- Leverage product and station knowledge to support troubleshooting and collaborate with Test Engineers to ensure accurate measurements.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and document probe deliverables for seamless transition to high-volume production testing.
- Own electrical testing for reliability and failure analysis of Wafer Level Chip Scale products.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Willingness to support occasional overtime as needed.

- Minimum of an Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent military training.
