Senior Marketing Manager B2B France (Upmarket/SMEs Segment)
Join us as a Senior Marketing Manager B2B France to drive growth in France's upmarket SME segment by defining and executing the full-funnel B2B marketing strategy. You'll own the SME segment strategy end-to-end, coordinating with central Growth teams to deliver integrated programs with measurable pipeline impact.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with Madeleine, our Head of Marketing B2B France, and join the Upmarket Marketing Squad that will drive Qonto's growth in the strategic French SME segment. Your marketing initiatives will directly impact our expansion in France's most strategic business segment.
As a Senior Marketing Manager B2B France at Qonto, you will:
- Build and own the France SMEs segment strategy; translate into quarterly plans, integrated campaigns, and partnerships that drive measurable growth.
- Coordinate with central teams (Paid, Website, PMM, Content) to deliver cohesive, multi-channel programs across all touchpoints.
- Lead performance tracking and iterate using clear KPIs and dashboards to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner with Sales and Product to align pipeline goals, messaging, and launches, including treasury and finance features.

About Your Future Manager/ Head of:
Your manager will be Madeleine Corbetta, our Head of Marketing B2B France at Qonto. Madeleine brings deep expertise in SaaS B2B Marketing and Entrepreneurship, with a Master from ESCP Europe and international experience across New York, Berlin, and Hong Kong. She successfully launched an AI startup and spearheaded marketing strategy at Regate.io from inception until its acquisition by Qonto. She now leads a team of 8 marketers across Growth, Content, Branding & Comms, and Product Marketing in France.
What does she bring to the team? Madeleine is a strategic and collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, balancing data-driven decision-making with creative thinking. Fluent in English, Italian, and French, she drives Qonto's marketing strategy in the French B2B market, focusing on superior positioning and seamless acquisition processes to take Qonto to the next level.
About You:
- B2B Fintech/ Scale-up Marketing Experience: 4+ years in B2B marketing within fintech or adjacent sectors (financial/HR/accounting software, or complex B2B SaaS) with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Matrix Leadership Skills: Proven stakeholder management and influence in matrix environments; comfortable leading without authority and aligning competing priorities.
- Strategic + Operational Excellence: Experience across strategy development, lead generation, and sales alignment; confident with analytics and marketing automation tools.
- French Market Knowledge: Understanding of French SME realities and business finance/treasury topics; fluent English and French required.
- Proactive Execution: Autonomous, structured approach with ability to thrive in high-visibility, hands-on roles while balancing strategic planning with operational delivery.
