Lead our French Account Growth team to drive incremental revenue (NRR) through daily coaching, a high-performing team rhythm, and rigorous data-driven management.
You will take full ownership of a mature, high-volume inside sales team where success is measured in incremental revenue. After a 3-month ramp-up, you'll be expected to deliver against a full team target while raising the bar on coaching quality and execution discipline.
