Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with deep expertise in automation frameworks, manual testing, and content management systems to join our Americas team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex, AI-driven applications for our enterprise clients in North America.

Based in Argentina, you will act as a core technical pillar for the region, bridging the gap between client requirements and high-performance delivery. You will focus on engineering excellence, specifically in the realms of E2E automation and functional QA, while collaborating with our global engineering teams in Europe.

As a Senior QA Engineer at Beyond, you'll:

• Execute Functional QA: Perform meticulous manual visual and functional QA to ensure products meet design mocks and business requirements.
• Develop Automation: Build and maintain automated test suites using frameworks like Cypress to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Manage Bug Lifecycle: Lead regression testing efforts and manage the end-to-end bug-tracking lifecycle, from discovery to resolution.
• Test CMS Environments: Validate configurations and content delivery within Brightspot and other enterprise CMS platforms.
• Own Quality Strategy: Define and execute test plans that translate complex business needs into rigorous quality assurance blueprints.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with US-based product owners and European delivery teams, requiring a proactive communication style and flexibility for early-morning syncs.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Champion best practices in security testing, accessibility auditing, and performance benchmarking for enterprise deployments.

Things that will make you stand out:

• Engineering Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on web-based distributed systems.
• Automation Expertise: Mastery of E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
• QA Methodology: Deep understanding of regression testing, functional QA, and manual visual testing.
• CMS Familiarity: Hands-on experience testing configurations within Brightspot or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
• DevOps Integration: Proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Communication: Fluent English skills with the ability to discuss technical trade-offs clearly with both peers and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• AI Testing: Experience testing AI-driven features and validating LLM-generated content.
• API Testing: Proficiency with Postman or similar tools for backend API validation.
• Performance Testing: Experience with tools like Lighthouse or k6 for performance and load testing.

Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester or similar industry standard certifications.
