1. Job Description
Research, survey the market and analyze users, products.
Plan and implement advertising campaigns to attract users for multi-channel mobile App/Game: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Unity, Ironsource, etc.
Analyze and evaluate advertising metrics (CPM, CPI, IPM...), optimize advertising effectiveness, and bring high-quality users.
Build, train, and manage the marketing team: Performance marketing.
Exchange and coordinate with different departments/partners to ensure the marketing program and plan are implemented effectively.
Monitor, measure, and analyze data weekly/monthly, optimize the effectiveness of UA & Monetize campaigns.
2. Applicant Requirements
For applicants with experience in mobile app/game products:
Have 2 years of experience in performance marketing for technology/mobile app & game products on Android/iOS.
Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team is a plus.
For applicants without experience in mobile app/game products:
Have experience working in educational companies, global, etc.
Have experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team.
