Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership of the design, development, implantation, and governance of a comprehensive service charge model across the City's mixed-use assets. Ensure transparent, fair and compliant cost recovery that supports sustainable operations financial integrity
Manage cost recovery mechanism and methodologies for all public realm areas
Lead integration of the service charge model into wider corporate financial planning (budgeting) and asset lifecycle strategies
Lead the benchmarking activity of service charge levels against market standards and industry best practices
Develop an integrated cloud-based system with the ability to update, manage, analyze and visualize data in near real-time
Lead the development of service charge reports, dashboards, and performance KPI's for senior leadership
Lead a high performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, integrity and continuous improvement
