Sales Support Executive
A great opportunity to join this high performing Sales team - you will report to the Senior National Account Manager who will directly coach and mentor your growth in this role. Specifically, this role will:
- Support one of our key grocery National Accounts in the development and execution of customer & sales strategies to grow the grocery portfolio
- Gatekeeper for all things Promotional Planning, Forecast Accuracy and Trade Spend
- Collaborate with internal and external teams; Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance
- Ensure forecast accuracy of the demand plan and prepare data for S&OP reviews
- Manage promotional activity, trade spend accruals and claims
- Support range reviews by preparing submission forms and facilitating set up of new and existing products
- Support in developing the activation plan and collaborate with brand team to ensure POS assets are delivered on time
- Understand and analyse the commercial results – you love to question and analyse the numbers
To be successful in the role:
You will be an ambitious team player, a natural organiser who can build great relationships easily. You will have some experience as an Account / Sales Coordinator, preferably within the FMCG industry, ideally from within grocery.
Your key strengths will ideally be:
- Attention to detail; you have a need to make sure it's right!
- Adaptability: flexing easily to changing demands & stakeholders needs
- You are a People Person; create exceptional customer service!
- Be highly organised with well-developed planning/organisation/prioritisation
- Systems and analytical thinking; exposure to and comfort with Excel and numbers!
Systems and Quals:
- Strong Excel essential
- SAP, Promax, Preferred but not essential
- Previous experience of Circana/Nielsen/Quantium will help you! Preferred but not essential
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business/Commerce/Accounting will be well regarded
