As part of the Health PLS Operate team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful risk management initiatives. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You also act as the subject matter specialist on transparency and compliance standards, including the U.S. Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other local and regional transparency requirements across key markets, alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
