Risk Management Generalist

The Opportunity

As part of the Risk and Compliance team you are responsible for leading the implementation and operations of global transparency programs, maintaining alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. As a Director, you are responsible for setting the strategic direction, leading business development efforts, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining significant executive-level client relations. You are the subject matter specialist on transparency and compliance standards, mentor a global team, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic direction and execution of global transparency programs

- Maintain alignment with business goals and regulatory standards

- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Act as the subject matter specialist on transparency and compliance

- Mentor and guide a global team to achieve excellence

- Foster a collaborative and continuously improving work environment

- Develop and drive business development initiatives

- Maintain significant executive client relationships

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, transparency reporting with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role

- Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
